Since our founding in 2014, we have established ourselves as an innovative planning office in the HVAC sector. With a strong focus on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, sanitation and electrical engineering, we offer tailor-made solutions that meet the highest standards. Over the years, we have expanded our range of services and now also take on general planning and the role of total contractor. Our dedicated team stands for quality, reliability and comprehensive expertise - from the initial idea to successful implementation. Our team
Our team is characterized by commitment and passion for its daily tasks. We offer a collegial and relaxed working atmosphere with flat hierarchies, an open communication culture and in-house career opportunities with personalized training and continuing education opportunities. We are particularly proud of our successful apprentices as building technology planners EFZ.

Leadership and training
The management of Pfenninger & Partner AG sets an example and motivates with respect and integrity. Responsible project managers are deployed depending on the assignment and are supported by other specialist engineers and junior project managers. We attach great importance to the training and further education of our apprentices, draftsmen, project managers and all staff. We see good training, the latest IT and the latest technology as the foundation for our progress.
Sustainability
Pfenninger & Partner AG is aware of its responsibility towards the environment. The sustainable protection of nature and the environment is particularly important to us. We make our contribution to environmental protection and sustainability through planning and consulting services for the expansion and use of renewable energies. In cooperation with us, certifications according to the Minergie standard can be achieved. Our sustainable building technology is characterized by optimized energy use, the passive and active use of wind and solar energy, rainwater, the use of environmentally friendly materials and the reduction of fresh water and wastewater consumption.
